To achieve your English Language Certificate you will need to take an online English language Exam that allows you to easily assess and certify your English abilities, anytime, anywhere. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate based on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), clearly indicating your English proficiency level.
Exam Structure
Pre-Test (Free)
Duration: ~15 minutes
Purpose: Familiarises you with the exam format and assesses your current language level.
How to Take: You can register and access the Pre-Test using this.
Content: 25 questions covering general English language skills.
Online English Language Exam (Paid)
Duration: 1.5 hours
Format: Multiple-choice questions in four areas: Reading, Listening, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
Rules: No speaking, leaving your seat, or online aids allowed during the exam.
Results: Upon completion, you will receive your results via email and your official certificate will be mailed to you.

Language Levels
The AHK English Language Certificate follows the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for languages. Your proficiency will be classified in one of six levels:
- C2 (Proficient User): Mastery level, can understand nearly everything.
- C1 (Proficient User): Can understand complex texts and use language effectively.
- B2 (Independent User): Can understand a wide range of complex topics.
- B1 (Independent User): Can understand everyday conversations and work situations.
- A2 (Basic User): Can handle simple tasks related to personal and family information.
