Modern Slavery Statement 2025/2026

This statement outlines ECBM’s commitment to ethical conduct and integrity, and the steps we take to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking.

The European College of Business and Management (“ECBM”) is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all of our activities. While ECBM is not legally required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 due to the size of our organisation, we have chosen to issue this statement to affirm our commitment to the principles of the Act and to play our part in the wider fight against modern slavery and human trafficking.

Modern slavery remains a serious global issue, and as an institution we recognise our responsibility to help safeguard against the exploitation of individuals both within our organisation and in the broader communities with which we engage.

Our Commitment
ECBM is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

As part of this commitment, all of our staff are required to complete an e-learning module designed to raise awareness of modern slavery and to ensure they are able to identify potential risks and respond appropriately. This training underpins our culture of vigilance and accountability, helping staff at every level understand the signs of exploitation and their role in preventing it.

Next Steps
We will continue to review our practices to strengthen our approach to risk management and awareness, and to ensure that the values of dignity, fairness, and respect remain at the core of our operations.

This statement has been approved by the management of the European College of Business and Management and is published to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to upholding the ideals of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
