ECBM is a business school with a difference. We focus on educating and upskilling working professionals, to unlock their potential, enhance their global business experience, skills and employability, and enhance their career opportunities. 

We help create change and drive business sustainability, through combining real world business experience with entrepreneurial mindsets. We attract students who want to continue working professionally whilst gaining their undergraduate or postgraduate business degree. 

Some of our students work with leading organisations such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Commerzbank London AG, Newton Investment Management, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, Europäische Zentralbank, others work with medium, small enterprises or start-ups.

ECBM was founded by the German British Chamber of Industry & Commerce in London and leading German Corporates like Deutsche Bank, over 30 years ago to offer the German dual system of combining education and training. 

We partner with business, education institutions and develop links with employers and education ministries around Germany, Europe and the UK. Our commitment to life-long learning, professional development and innovation is central to our mission and we continue to educate talent for major finance institutions such as Commerzbank London, Newton Investment and BNY Mellon. We work collaboratively with employers to ensure our curriculum links to their business requirements. Our team and faculty have real-world business and academic experience which helps our students apply theoretical concepts to real life business practice.

The strength of our Alumni network shows the diversity of our students. They work in different sectors such as Finance, Banking and Investment, Automotive, Retail, Logistics and Aviation. Our alumni are at all management levels from CEO, Vice-President, Director, and Manager. Some are entrepreneurs running their own business. With us our students gain enhanced career possibilities, increased earning potential and more developed strategic, critical thinking. 

Through their work and research our students help contribute solutions to real world problems to benefit their business or community. Many go on to be leaders in global businesses, whilst others further their career path in academia, carrying out research, achieving doctorates and publishing work.
