Programme Delivery

The programme is delivered through weekend seminars online, in Germany and London, and allows students to continue their careers while studying.

The programme content is taught in a compact format over a total of 9-10 weekends. In the second year of the programme, students also write their Master's thesis (research project) of 15,000-20,000 words. The programme therefore lasts 18 months.

At the European College of Business and Management, we use the modern "blended learning" teaching method to design the degree programme. Blended learning combines different learning styles, including distance learning, self-study and classroom teaching. This enables students to easily integrate the Master's programme into their everyday working life. The block seminars at the ECBM offer a variety of learning opportunities. They use case studies, group work, business simulations and discussions to teach the material.

Course Content

  • Strategic Change Management
  • Strategic Leadership and Management
  • Professional Development for Strategic Managers
  • Financial Principles and Techniques for Strategic Managers
